Integrative Task

Create an expression of what has been your body’s felt sense experience of grieving in the form of a drawing, poem, image, quote, story, dance, song or video to be shared at our next class.

Try to express these felt sensations through your body rather than thinking about them. If you find it helpful, you may refer back to the information on interoception, proprioception, autonomic and feeling sensations but we suggest that if you do review the information, then set it aside during the creation process.
