  • Slow and gentle movement exercises. Time to move, reflect, and cultivate our inner resources and energy. Through the practice of Qi Gong, we care for ourselves in difficult times and find our ways of feeling more fully alive.

    There is a powerful connection between body and mind that we can use for healing. Qi Gong helps us move into more relaxed states and out of fight/flight and freeze, create new neural connections, and reconnect a positive feedback loop between body, feeling sense, and our inner states. We will also explore a few other gentle somatic methods during our time together, to keep adding to the resources we can draw from.

    All are welcome - no previous experience is needed. Class recordings will be provided for you to practice along with for the rest of the week.

I hope these classes will help us to feel centered and creative and alive - maybe even finding some simple joy in being together this way - and then more able to go back out into the world in all the ways that we do, making a difference in our corners of the world..
