A therapeutic course within a supportive group for healing trauma and stress for spiritual practitioners through an integrative experience of information, discussion, reflection and movement practice with take home resources and class recordings.

We will be guided by all the current neurobiology and neuroscience research and mind-body somatic approaches.

A time to connect deeply with our own inner wisdom

Developing a spiritual perspective and practice can unravel the emotional and familiar foundations of your everyday life. It can shake up any unsettled issues like trauma, stress and relational ruptures. What can come up can be surprising, confusing and even distressing. We’ve been there.

Mixed, conflicting and strong emotions are parts of us that come forward asking for healing so we can deepen and empower our spiritual transformation. There are many ways our brain can help us manage and regulate our feelings so that we can heal and process unresolved trauma, stress and relational issues. This course will use the support of current somatic practices  founded on neuroscience to heal any setbacks so you can move forward in embodying your spiritual goals.

Hi, we’re Giselle and Andreanna.

We have both experienced our own traumas and health challenges. We have been where you are. In our courses, we don’t just teach you the information, we share our experiences and what has worked for us.

EVOLVE brings together somatic principles, gentle movement practices and neuroscience based therapies to heal your nervous system and brain.

What most interests me in trauma healing is bridging the disconnection that happens when the brain and nervous system have adapted to trauma.

I have found that through the body we can reconnect and heal.
