By accessing the Embodiment Institute website you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the Privacy Policy, govern the Embodiment Institute’s relationship.  We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

By visiting our website or participating in any of our online programs, courses, classes and program materials, you agree to the following:

I understand the Embodiment Institute and its facilitators, will provide life coaching and instruction in somatic practices and other body-mind practices. I understand the instructions are intended as guidance, information, education and tools to help you make your own decisions for yourself.  I voluntarily participate with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury or mental distress, that no results are guaranteed. I am solely responsible for my actions, decisions and results based on the use, misuse or non-use of the online programs, courses, classes and program materials provided at Embodiment Institute.

I also agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against the Embodiment Institute and it’s facilitators, or its members for any personal injury, distress, damage/loss, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Our online programs, courses, classes and program materials are for informational and educational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you or others in connection with our online programs, courses, classes and program materials, including without limitation any liability for any accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury or harm, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however and whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. You specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any other online programs, courses or classes and program materials participant or user, including you.

By visiting or practicing with the Embodiment Institute I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions and this ‘waiver of liability’ and waive any claim that I might have at any time against the Embodiment Institute and it’s facilitators.

Our Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Services and Program Materials are not to be perceived as or relied upon in any way as medical advice or mental health advice. The information provided through our Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Services and Program Materials is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your own physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, therapist, counselor, mental health practitioner, licensed dietitian or nutritionist, member of the clergy, or any other licensed or registered health care professional. Limitation of Liability. We will not be held responsible or liable in any way for the information, products or materials that you request or receive through or on our online programs, courses, classes and program materials. We do not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, or otherwise, due to any act or default of anyone or any business, whether owners, staff, agents, joint venture partners, contractors, vendors, affiliates or otherwise, affiliated with us.  We do not assume liability for any owners, staff, agents, joint venture partners, contractors, vendors, affiliates or otherwise who is engaged in rendering our online programs, courses, classes and program materials, or in any way or in any location. In the event that you use our online programs, courses, classes and program materials or any other information provided by us or affiliated with us, we assume no responsibility.

• Class sessions are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

• Facilitators are subject to change without notice.

• The Embodiment Institute is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

• We will endeavor to start and finish classes at the scheduled time.

• Our programs may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. the Embodiment Institute is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our online programs.

• The Embodiment Institute does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason, unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may increase from time to time.

• All programs require payment before the start of the online program

For every program, there will be two places offered at a 50% discount of the Balanced tier

• The Embodiment Institute does not offer refunds or credits on programs for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason, unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required upon booking.
