Hi, I’m Giselle. I’m trained as a clinical Social Worker and I primarily work as a somatic psychotherapist. I have been working and supporting people through their healing journey for over 20yrs in many different settings. I bring my own personal experience from own healing journey as well as the current research and accepted practices in this field.

In this course you can explore all the essential things you need for your healing journey. Only the things that work. You can take your time. You can go at your own pace, learning the concepts and practicing the somatic exercises.

As part of the course I also offer you the opportunity to ask your questions in a short half hour private session. I’m here to help.
