  • practice orienting

  • apply orienting + affirm practice when over alert or shutdown

  • practice self hug

  • journal felt sense of safety practice

  • journal discoveries from orienting practice

Homework and journaling suggestions:

  • Explore Qi Gong a couple of times this week

  • Keep practicing orienting

  • Explore you feeling thermometer and check in daily if you feel safe, supported and connected

  • When in over alert or shutdown states try using the body to regulate not the mind (use sound breath, orienting or self hug)

  • Explore and journal ‘yes’, ‘no’ and ‘maybe’ for your felt sense safety
