Self practice and homework suggestions:

  • Qi Gong series from class (or another movement practice you feel like doing)

  • Try out the Orienting exercise from class or use the Orienting script provided (these are two slightly different versions of Orienting)

  • Use the feeling thermometer to gauge your nervous system states, you may be curious also about your in between states too.

Self practice and homework suggestions:

  • Qi Gong series from class (or another movement practice you feel like doing)

  • Continue with the Orienting exercise (you can make it shorter or longer as you feel like)

  • Explore your anchors.

  • Explore your nervous system somatic tools for shutdown and/or overwhelm

  • Start a daily practice with the Qi Gong series from class (or another movement practice you feel like doing)

  • Continue with the Orienting exercise (you can make it shorter or longer as you feel like)

  • Keep exploring your nervous system states and how to regulate them.

  • Keep exploring your inner connection, your parts and window of tolerance.
