Orienting Exercise
Self practice and homework suggestions:
Qi Gong series from class (or another movement practice you feel like doing)
Try out the Orienting exercise from class or use the Orienting script provided (these are two slightly different versions of Orienting)
Use the feeling thermometer to gauge your nervous system states, you may be curious also about your in between states too.

Continue with the Orienting exercise (you can make it shorter or longer as you feel like)
Explore your anchors.
Explore your nervous system somatic tools for shutdown and/or overwhelm
