In Level Two Awaken we will continue to deepen and apply these tools through somatic techniques from Internal Family Systems, Focusing Oriented Therapy and Somatic Neurobiology within the contexts of Self led healing and relationships.

2. Self connection, our parts and our Self energy

3. Befriending our emotions and shame

4. Stress and your growth zone

5. Co-regulation, boundaries and relationships

6. Integration and remembering differently

Level One Awaken is a prerequisite. If you would like to register for the Level Two Awaken course you can complete the pre-recorded Level One course.
