The Level One AWAKEN pre-recorded course is 2.5hrs with worksheets and resources. It covers most of the important material from the course providing you with the tools to confidently begin your healing journey in the right direction.
In Level Two Awaken live online course we will continue to deepen and apply these tools through somatic techniques from Internal Family Systems, Focusing Oriented Therapy and Somatic Neurobiology within the contexts of Self led healing and relationships.

The 6 week Level Two AWAKEN course begins 23rd July 5-7pm PST
You will receive the pre-recorded course within 24hrs of registering and we suggest that you complete the course before attending Level Two Awaken.
